Denial Syndrome

Many things happened each day. Right before we understand how to fix our mess, another mess comes and just the way it is, it ruins life. How vulnerable life right?  When we just trying to put ourselves at the first priority, we will always encounter sadness.
In our real life we face those problems, we tends to deny everything happen. Pushing too hard when someone tells us that there is something wrong in between. It might seem unhealthy. But believe me realizing you are not good is a good sign of awareness. Life might be tough but too much denial will make it worst indeed.

One thing for sure none of us are ready to face problem. But when it really come along to our life then I believe its time to say, hey welcome and how to face this. Sometimes sounds too naive, forcing everything in a good condition. Isn’t it too tiring?

Things happened, we are just human, who tries our best everyday to life to the fullest. Everyone of us we have our own coping mechanism in how we face problem and challenge. We sometimes stumble in our way, sometimes we cry a lot, we care a lot about what people say about us. Really if there is something bad happened why not just accept it, and figure out what to do with that.

The navigation we have in ourselves most of the time, it will bring us to the result we want. Just like a small boy who is trying to walk, he stumbled, he fell, he cried, but again he raise and keep on trying.
Life is full of surprise, each day new gift, new challenge and new hope. Whatever your coping mechanism you have, if its really hurt and bother you, try to find for help, because we are human. We need other to survive. Life is a bless indeed.

  1. This is a beautiful reminder that it's okay to seek out for help ❤ challenges are inevitable, and in one's lowest point, human's mind tend to magnify the darknest spot (expecially when being alone). During these times, it's indeed okay (even necessary) to seek for help ❤
